Welcome to your Mount Royal Nest! You will feel right at home in our condo, designed for comfort after outdoor activities. Our 2 bedroom, 2 bath sleeps 6 with 1 king and 2 queen beds and a sofa; with a kitchen fully equipped for preparing fantastic family meals. Our private balcony offers a great view of Mount Royal and a window onto the Rec Trail. Step outside your door and head off biking to Vail, around lake Dillon to Keystone, or to Breckenridge. Hike on many great trails in Summit CO, including summit of Mount Royal for the most spectacular view. Hop on Summit Stage to Copper or Breck, right out front. This is the perfect location to access all outdoor activities and return to relax in comfort.

We are sorry to say, the Woodbridge building is not handicap accessible. We have 3 flights of stairs to access our nest.

Everything was perfect just bummed out that theres no elevators, its kinda hard taking luggage to the third floor. And running out of breath.. overall the stay was breathtaking literally..

Christmas week 2023

We stayed here the week after Christmas this year and the place is awesome. the cleaning crew had everything perfect when we arrived. The kids had their own room and bathroom and the beds were so comfy. We ate at the condo every night and there was plenty to cook with and the appliances were all great. We skied Copper and the location was super convenient to the highway. Comfortable for 4-6 people for sure. Being able to walk to town was a bonus too.

Can't think of anything we didn't like

The apartment was pristine when we arrived. It's spacious and very comfortable. It comes with one covered garage spot which is super convenient when it snows outside. And the location is ideal - easy access to the highway, and right on Main St. Betsy was helpful and accommodating. From the listing itself and then the instructions she sent us it was clear what to expect, what we needed to do to check in, check out, access the wi-fi, everything. Thanks for a great stay, we really enjoyed it.

Comfortable and well-equipped

This condo is very well equipped and comfortable for longer stays. The kitchen has everything you need to cook. The balcony is a great place to relax with lots of hummingbirds and lovely views. It is on the third floor which does require climbing stairs, but it also means no noise from neighbors above. When we stayed in summer it was quiet, although traffic noise from I70 can be heard if windows are open. The owner is responsive and helpful. We hope to stay here again.

Perfect getaway for our family ski trip

Condo was the perfect size for our family of 4. Check in was convenient. Location is just right off I70, yet close enough to walk downtown to enjoy all the local shops and restaurants. Covered parking was a bonus since it snowed every day. It is located on the third floor so be prepared to walk up 3 flights of stairs. We enjoyed the view from the balcony so the stairs were worth it. Kitchen was well stocked with all the appliances, cookware and tableware we needed. Condo was clean, beds were comfy and closets were stocked with extra blankets for watching movies in the living room. Host left a notebook full of things to do and was responsive to my questions.

Great Place *****

This two bedroom condo is perfect. Located just off I70, easy walk into town, great hiking trails, awesome view, and close to 4 major ski resorts. We loved the place! The convenience to everything was perfect. The condo was very clean, well maintained, all the amenities one would want - most definitely recommend. Plan is to come back and stay again!

Comfortable and Clean Condo

Betsy was an excellent host. We had to book her condo last minute as accommodations we had previously booked with another host did not work out. The location of the condo is right off I 70--8-10 minutes from Copper Mountain! Condo was quiet, clean, neat, and well furnished. Beds were very comfortable. Everything was in excellent working order. We would definitely stay here again!
