We loved spending Christmas here!
First, the pros: Fireplace, comfy, updated, lots of sheets and towels, very close to town, beautiful views in the pine trees, comfy blankets and bedding, fun toy blocks for the kids.
Areas for improvement: Not very well stocked (no matches or working lighter for the fireplace, no larger pots/pans, no dish sponges, no extra toilet paper or paper towels (we bought paper towels and left them there). No working dishwasher, which was only randomly communicated to us by the cleaning lady who happened to be there when we arrived. Also, a dishwasher repair person came unannounced while we were there. We were told (in writing) that we could check in at 2pm, but when we arrived, the condo was still being cleaned and someone was attempting (unsuccessfully) to fix the dishwasher, which I think had been broken for over a month. A better stocked condo, working appliances, and some more clear communication would have been nice.
Just like the listing says, there are A LOT of stairs to get to the condo. We managed fine, but don't dismiss this info. Also, the washer/dryer is in a bedroom closet, which isn't a big deal, but might be something you'd want to know. There is no longer a full-size crib in the kids' room, but there is a Pack n' Play (which worked out better for us, actually).
Overall, we enjoyed our stay here and would stay again. We'd just bring extra TP and supplies!
