Self check in was easy, if a little time consuming. The rooms are large and comfortable and quiet. There is a coffee machine in the lounge. We never met any staff - they weren't there in the morning, and no sign of a breakfast option. It was a convenient stopover hotel.

Für den Preis i.O.!

Es ist nicht das Neuste und sauberste Hotel. Aber es hat tolle Familienappartements wo man gut 1-2 Nächte verbringen kann. Das Frühstück würde ich auslassen. Kaffe kann man einfach nehmen. Brotaufstriche usw. muss man aus einem Automat gegen Bezahlung rauslassen.

Check in hat nicht so geklappt bekamen keinen code vorher somit standen wir vor verschlossenen Türen danke an Expedia die schnell geholfen haben. Eine entschuldigung oder ein guddi wäre nett gewesen.

Völlige Katastrophe, sieht total runtergekommen aus, er erinnert von der Einrichtung her an einem Freudenhaus, Self Check in funktionierte nicht, ich habe bezahlt und konnte kein Zimmer beziehen. Unter der angegebenen Nummer ist niemand erreichbar. Wenn man klingelt, kommt keiner nach über einer halben Stunde bin ich wieder gegangen und habe mich geärgert, dass ich im Vorfeld schon bezahlt hatte. Demzufolge bin ich zu spät und ungeduscht zu der Veranstaltung gegangen und in der Nacht 3 Stunden heimgefahren, da ich ja kein Zimmer beziehen konnte

Das Computer check-in hat bei mir und noch weiteren Gästen nicht funktioniert, auch ab die Notfallnummer ging niemand dran. Man fühlt sich völlig aufgeschmissen. Für den Preis erwartet man ein minimum an Service, vor allem wenn das Hotel als 24 std check in deklariert wird. Dass die reception nur vormittags bis 11 uhr arbeitet und man sonst keinen Ansprechpartner hat, verstösst auch gegen die Sicherheit. Ich werde dieses Hotel ganz sicher nie wieder buchen!

Sauberkeit ok, Grösse Zimmer auch: Parken mit 5€ fair aber: Nicht genug Parplätze und man parkt ausserhalb leider wir von der Rezeption der Lüge bezichtigt: wofür gebe ich das Kennzeichen bei der Registrierung am Terminal ein? Wäre ein leichtes morgens zu kontrollieren. Super unfreundlich: ein no go. Nie wieder!

Preis-Leistung stimmt, Zimmerreinigung perfekt

Zimmer waren geräumig, sehr sauber, nur etwas laut, da an der Durchfahrtsstrasse gelegen. Es gibt aber auch Zimmer nach hinten raus. Frühstück war etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, da es alle Zutaten zu den Brötchen extra im Automaten im Sortiment kostenpflichtig zu ziehen gab. Man bekam also immer, wenn man ein Stück Butter wollte, Marmelade, Honig, Käse und Nutella gleich mit. Wahrscheinlich war das System Corona geschuldet, wobei aber die Dame, die die Theke bestückte oder auch die Rezeption führte, keinen Mundschutz trug!!! Aber der Kaffee war gut, wobei jedoch die Möglichkeit fehlte, einen Tropfen Milch dafür zu bekommen. Brötchen und Croissants waren in unbegrenzter Menge zu haben und sehr gut. Parkplatz ist vor dem Hotel oder gegenüber auf der anderen Straßenseite und kostet 5 Euro pro Tag.

Never again.... did not know hell was so awful!

Juste le plus mauvais séjour hôtelier jamais effectué. Pour un hôtel soit-disant de Luxe, pas de clim dans la chambre, terrasse juste en dessous de la fenêtre, lit inconfortable. Petit déjeuner dans une pièce complètement fermée au sous-sol. Si souhait de + qu'un café (par automate) et 1 croisssant, il faut prendre au distributeur (payant). Pour €200.-/nuit, juste honteux. Et tout est dans le nom "Hell"ers Twenty Four.... jamais je ne me serai + cru en enfer que cette nuit...

Bad service and horrible attitude from the owner

I had a group of people, so I’ve paid big money and that’s what I’ve got: – Owner of the the hotel was complaining that our van is too big for their open parking and he didn’t care that I've booked five rooms so I could park five cars (that's way more than one van). – When I was requesting cleaning service with the proper sign on the door – they ignored. – They had LOUD repair works from 9 AM. When I was telling to receptionist that 9 AM it’s a bit early for that kind of works and people want to sleep – they ignored. – No air conditioner. Hotel is not really bad and they have pretty nice shower room, but service...
