"Scary clientele. Pulled in for a few hrs rest. As soon as we parked some scary people came out and started looking in our van."

"The staff was super helpful and the closeness to the airport with 24 hour shuttle service made them stand out. The hotel and room are outdated, but seemed clean. There is no elevator and our rooms were on the 2nd floor which required us to drag our bags up and down stairs. I did use my blacklight upon arrival to my room and didn't have any trepidation about staying here. Overall for the price, location, and friendly staff, Ill still give this location 4 stars."

"Yes but fire alarm got set off that early am by a defective bread machine causing the hotel to be woken up and evacuated"

"Check in i was told they need a $200. Cash deposit because they don't take Visa Debit Cards. Nothing posted when I booked it and no posted signs in the lobby. I took issue with it and they accepted my card. Too much hassle. I won't be back."

"Only problem I had was the Fire alarm came on (2) nights back to back at 11:30 pm waking me up out of my sleep. I asked if I could have some points added to my account or something they said NO. So I booked elsewhere for working for the next (6) months because I do t want to be disturbed out of my sleep for a false fire alarm."

"Gross hotel overall. Hallway carpet ripped/torn. Smashed food that was never cleaned up. Room was falling apart. Stained all over. Bedding was so worn out it had holes in it. Saw bugs in our doorway when we were leaving. Don’t recommend 👎"

"When we first got there, the room was clean. Everything was fine. The Jacuzzi was very very dirty Next day we were leaving out to go handle business the room attendant came and we asked her if she was gonna clean the room. She moved on to the next room and rolled her eyes at my mother very rude, very disrespectful We left . When we returned our room was still dirty.we went down talk to staff They made it seem like it was our fault he said it had to be more to the story That's why she didn't clean our room. very unprofessional. The breakfast was great. They just need to work on their staff. The room attendance very rude"

"This is the place I will always stay when I’m in Fresno. The staff and their customer service is amazing. It’s quiet, the rooms are clean and updated. I feel so comfortable and safe staying here. Carrie, in food service is my favorite person! The breakfasts are amazing! I will definitely be staying here again and again."
