Weekend Visit

The house was cute and very clean. It had all the necessary accoutrements, kitchen and living room were very nice. The beds were confortable and the bathrooms were very clean too. I would stay here again.

Wonderfully Convenient

This home was great for our needs. Even our elderly family members were comfy. Close proximity of all the places we had to go to. A very beautiful home! I would stay here again.

National parks vacation

A great house with modern appliances and room to spread out. A nice back patio with a roof above and modern gas grill for grilling. Nice to be able to park our car in the garage.

We enjoyed our stay

We stayed in Fresno as a base location to access the national parks. The location suited our needs perfectly. We had a minor issue with the water pressure in the guest bathroom shower, but that was promptly addressed by the owner. Thank you for a pleasant experience.

The place was clean and comfortable. Beds were comfortable and the TV was great! Ramon was very helpful and responsive to our needs. I chose the place so we could have my 92 year old mother visit in a safe space, we enjoyed our time together there. I recommend it highly.

Nicely appointed home

Our host was in constant communication early on as there was a sudden roof leak from all the rain. We were given a different property nearby to stay at. It was very clean and recently updated and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and plenty of fresh towels. Check in and check out were simple. Thank you for the nice stay!

Nice stay

We were sent to a different property in Clovis but ended up with a pretty nice rental. The place was pretty clean. The only thing was that there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher and mold in the coffee maker when we arrived. There was also road closures leading to the house which made it difficult to get to. It would’ve been nice to know ahead of time. Clovis itself was nice and the stay was great.

Pleasant stay

The property was roomy and very clean on arrival. There were plenty of rooms for the seven adults in my party. The owner communicated well and check in with seamless. The only drawback was the water pressure in the en suite shower. Be forewarned. It only comes out in a trickle. Perhaps it’s just changing out an O-ring. Other than that it’s all positive.

The property was very clean. The kitchen is well equipped . There was smell of mold in the kitchen. The beds were comfortable however it was cold and we could not turn on the heater on more than 70 degrees. The shower water pressure needs to be fixed it was hard to take showers with little water coming through the shower head. Other than that everything was good. The neighborhood was safe. Thank you!

For checkout, the house manual says 11:00 Guest needs to do NOTHING! Enjoy to the last minute. Refreshing since some VRBO’s ask that the dishes be done, trash carried out, sheets started in washer. Plus a cleaning fee. Not only do I feel like I just did what the cleaning fee pays for but what what if I wasn’t conscientious? What if I just wiped the dishes and put them away? I like the idea that a cleaning professional is watching out for my safety. I enjoyed my stay.

Wonderful place to enjoy Fresno

We arrived to Fresno after a long drive with a young baby in need of an ideal place to rest and recharge; this home was just what we needed! The host was very communicative and has made sure that the home is filled with thoughtful considerations for guests. Checking in was easy and smooth, and everything was so tidy and well cleaned for our time there.

Great location!

The location of the house was perfect close to the 99 and 41. The only thing that was a little disappointing was the kitchen did not have any seasoning, foil/wrap, storage containers. We stayed for 2 weeks and wish these things were available. Great property if you are staying a few days.
