「Clean 」

「Clean, very cheerful, helpful and kind staff,」

「Lovely staff! The room was ok but a bit weird in the wardrobe - it was a huge fridge inside and you could not fully hang your clothes. But all in all very nice, loved the garden. The pool beds were though very old and broken. 」

「We loved our stay. The staff was excellent and friendly. Also the room was massive and comfortable. We will be booking again. 」

「Très beau séjour 」

「The hotel has good location in sea point.」

「Superb personal service in a beautiful property. Although we only had breakfast there, the food was delicious and beautifully presented. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. An amazing stay as usual in one of favourite hotels.」

「I visited Cape Town as holiday, the place is amazing and safer than I expected. And the hotel brought me great service! Here's story, I booked half day sightseeing when I landed Cape Town airport. I finally missed to join it on time. But a hotel clerk phoned to tour company when I got to this hotel. Finally I could meet tour guide with 30minutes late, but I successfully fought up that tour. It was big help for me, also unforgettable moment. I'll use this hotel again if I got a chance to visit...

「Nice place」

「Unforgettable experience in Cape Town. Great service at the hotel. Very quiet, safe and secure. Good advises from the staff. From the balcony we watched for 30min.whales in the ocean. Very kind waiters and maides. Room was perfect. Air conditioning 10/10. 」
