"I had an unusual situation where I started choking in the restaurant and staff had full attention to me to make sure I was ok. Also gave extra water to go. As a whole a fantastic hotel, has everything you need. Great restaurant and room service. The room layout is really exceptional and comfortable. There is a desk with chair that can be used for remote office and eating. I don’t see this in most hotels. Also a chair to lounge in. All else in the room is all you need as well such as a fridge, ironing board, etc."

"The place was in the middle of a renovation. Luckily my room was updated. The problem I ran into though was I was told I would be getting a 2 queen room and I got a 2 doubles room instead. I even showed the manager and she agreed. Not sure if they had the wrong size mattresses delivered or what but a double felt so tiny when trying to share with someone. Otherwise though the hotel was decent, pool was nice, restaurant was decent."

"We traveled here in June 2026. I’ve stayed here multiple times and it is consistently comfortable. The lobby was under construction, so the breakfast area was in a meeting room. The large water container wasn’t always filled for guests like it usually is when it’s located in the lobby area."

"This is a very lovely home, beautifully decorated, with charming stained glass windows. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here while exploring the city of Chicago. The host was easy to communicate with and very quickly fixed an issue of the front door not unlocking for us upon our return from the city. Would recommend staying here, and if we are ever back in this area, I would look into staying here again."
