「Booked 2 days with free cancellation. Tried to cancel 1 of the days during the free period & they would not drop the day without charging me $900 for the first night room. Room literally an empty room with a bed. No closet, no hangers. TV needed some kind of system update. Toilet seat broken, shower handle fell off in my hand & tub clogged so you stood in ankle deep water for your shower. Only ice machine in facility was broken. Their idea of a continental breakfast was a half full gallon jug...

「Check-in was good. The lady at the desk was very kind and helpful. The property is old but they are in the process of making updates. Our room had new floors and lights but only one light worked. There was food left in the fridge and the microwave was dirty. We had one bath towel and the bathroom floor was dirty. Overall it was okay for one night.」

There was dried sticky liquid on the nightstand, a filthy dresser, and a table covered in dried spills. The microwave had an ice holder with old, moldy rice and what looked like meat inside. 「I booked this room because the photos looked decent. Boy was I wrong. I showed up and the lobby was about 40 degrees. Started the check in process and the card door things were broken. So none of the door locks worked, which also means you could just walk into any room, also that means if we left, anyone could walk into our room. It took 20 mins for them to find a room for us. We go in and they had not cleaned the bathroom, pee stains on toilet, no towels, burn holes in all the furniture. I went...
