「When I arrived to check in there were no rooms available. I had messaged the VRBO owner to let him know that I would not be arriving until 11:30 pm and he said it would be fine. When i arrived the hotel was out of rooms and it was incredibly dirty. I have tried contacting the VRBO owner and he has said he will look into it. I had to pay an extreme amount to stay at another hotel on graduation weekend. 」

「I booked this room because the photos looked decent. Boy was I wrong. I showed up and the lobby was about 40 degrees. Started the check in process and the card door things were broken. So none of the door locks worked, which also means you could just walk into any room, also that means if we left, anyone could walk into our room. It took 20 mins for them to find a room for us. We go in and they had not cleaned the bathroom, pee stains on toilet, no towels, burn holes in all the furniture. I went...

「The staff was welcoming. We were greeted with some very fine chocolates. The room was excellent and the bed extremely comfortable. We had a snack and a drink in the bar area and service was outstanding. The day we left we had a little time to kill and read in the parlor next to a cozy fireplace sipping toddies. "Cozy" best describes the ambiance of the Charmant Hotel」

「Room was fine. Great location downtown. If the parking lot is full, you can park in the ramp next door for free. General upkeep is lacking. Light bulbs burnt out, caulk cracking, no stoppers in the drains. 」
