「Rental was clean inside, but the deck area needs attention. There was a thick layer of pollen on all the furniture, and a dead bird in the center of the floor. It was filthy. It appeared as if the deck hadn't had attention or cleaning for a long time. It definitely was not prepared fir the rental.」

「I love staying here. It is so clean and comfortable. I loved waking up in the morning and having my coffee on the front porch soaking in the beautiful natural world. It far enough away from town to enjoy the quiet but close enough to grab delicious food for meals. I’ll always stay here when visiting Eminence.」

「The host could not BE any nicer or easy to work with. He let us stay late for the eclipse with no fuss. And mailed back a CPAP machine I accidentally left there. The cabin was exactly the right size for a getaway weekend to view the eclipse. Everything was clean, it is easy to find, bit feels remote. We want to explore the property next time we stay - cannot wait to find the creek! We think this could be our base when we float the Jack’s Fork. Excellent all around!」

「An absolutely wonderful experience! If you're looking for a cabin in a private secluded area that is completely safe I highly recommend the Birch Tree Cabin. It's less then 10 minutes from downtown Eminence and located in Ozark National Scenic Riverways. 「Cabin appeared to be an older updated River Cabin, but had newer Appliances, furniture, fixtures and paint. The moth ball smell was 'overwhelming' until we aired it out. It overlooks the river, with a beautiful view. Unless you plan a little hike, you'll want to drive down to the river and fire pit. Might be a little challenging for a small vehicle. 「Had a wonderful time at this cabin. Cabin was well supplied with everything we needed and was very roomy. Bed was comfortable. Enjoyed having a full kitchen, grill and washer/dryer. 「The camper was very comfortable for 4 adults. Everything was clean. The camper has 2 private bedrooms. The area is very pretty, the Current River within easy walking distance. Plenty of firewood was provided. Excellent star viewing on clear nights. Big Spring is so beautiful and is very close to this location. An enjoyable 3 days!」
