「The staff was very helpful and provided everything we needed. It's always nice to see a smile. The hotel was very chic and an excellent value in my opinion. The location was excellent. Not in old town, but just steps away. Very safe location. The hotel rooms were roomy and the A/C worked very well. Ahhhh... Love this hotel and would highly recommend to anyone coming for a visit to Freiberg.」

「Stay was ok. Lift was hidden in the stairwell. It’s about a 6min walk from the tram and then a 20min ride into the city centre. Restaurant/cafe was closed for most of my stay. Cafes and supermarkets are not nearby. No room cleaning was done (or offered as far as I could see). Not a great location to explore the area from, but that’s on me - I’ll do my research better next time. When I interacted with staff, they were friendly.」
