There’s only 1 small garbage can in the toilet, I wish there was another in main room . "Everything was perfect!! Tom was an amazing host, giving us several suggestions to make our Freiburg stay even better. He met us immediately when we got into town, showed us how everything worked & made sure we knew he was accessible. We had a family of 4 with 2 older teens/20’s and everyone was comfortable and happy. It was close to everything we needed in town and located in a safe area. We would definitely stay here again! "

Hot tub on the roof top was a lovely way to relax in the afternoon. Points to note are that it's a penthouse and there's no lift. "Hotel is right by the train station making it convenient for an overnight stay. Rooms are okay. On arrival staff member at reception was incredibly rude, we asked to store our cases as we were too early for check in. Some language barriers but my husband thought he was asking if he wanted to store his back pack. The man on reception lost his temper and started to raise his voice and shout. Completely unnecessary and made me feel incredibly uncomfortable and embarrassed. "
