The cottage was so inviting and well appointed. It was so easy to relax and unwind here. Just a few minutes walking distance to the beach, and a short drive to the jetty to go fishing. We hated to leave and most assuredly will be guests again in the future! We could not have chosen a better place to get away from it all!!

Very average for a VRBO place, lots of art like nik nacs. Not a beach setting. But nowhere to put your cloths. Very small art deco kitchen table for 2 but plenty of open space for a larger table. Under sized refrigerator/freezer was hard to put a gallon of milk in. Good off season price. We stayed a week.

100% recommend! The cabin was beautiful, comfortable, and clean. The bed is incredible, the shower is hot, AC blows nice and cold.

It was perfect for what we needed. The pictures were very accurate in the advertisement. Being older, it was a little harder to get in and of some of the furniture. The bed was very comfortable!! Also, it was very weĺl supplied and he had labled a lot of the light switches to make it easier! Loved all the light that came in! Had a great time!

This was our second stay here this summer. Love it so much we had to come back for another visit before summer is over. This house is perfect for the two of us. A very comfortable king size bed and two air conditioners that cool very well. The kitchen has everything we need also. The front balcony is nice to sit and look out at the ocean. We look forward to returning often!

Oscar and Shel were helpful with ideas on things to do and places to eat. The cottage was so cute and comfortable. The beach access is a short 3-4 minute walk. Highly recommend.

Everything was really clean the only complaint was no comfortable chairs, couch sunk to the floor. No TV in common living area. Other than that convience to the beach and cleanliness was 5 star.

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights in August and we loved it. The house was very comfortable, was in a good location and close to the beach. Everything was clean and the a/c was on so it was cool when we arrived. The bed was comfortable and it stayed nice and cool at all times. The kitchen had everything we needed, although we really didn’t cook any meals. We loved sitting on the balcony and looking out at the ocean with a nice sea breeze. Mosquitos did come out around dusk, so take plenty bug spray. We took our own chairs for on the deck and were glad because the chair there were not real comfortable, but they are fine for a quick sit. We drove onto the beach so that we didn’t have to carry our stuff, but it is walkable and there is a walkway over the dunes. The outdoor shower was appreciated to rinse off after the beach. The beach was very empty this time of year, so it was nice and relaxing. The water was even fairly clear. Surfside is our go to beach since it is about a 3 hour drive from home and we love it there. We used to stay at The Breeze, but it has not been open since the last storm. We have now found our perfect place to stay!

Clean, close to beach, awesomely decorated, great escape to sit on the beach.

Calm, lazy, and beautiful times at the beach!

Stealing photo opps from the kids that left next to us. Haha. Late afternoon beach time.

So relaxing! Just a 5 or 6 houses walk to the beach.
