  • Coastal Breeze is a newly remodeled and updated three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom beach home just a short walk from the beach in Surfside, TX. The front deck has excellent views of the coast with a shaded dining table to enjoy the views as you relax. Upper observation deck opens up even more expansive views of the island and bay. There is also a picnic table with charcoal grill, semi-enclosed shower and double swing downstairs in the shade of the house.

Perfect beach house

They were able to get us in last minute. We loved the house and the location was perfect. Close to everything and quick walk to the beach. Host/management was exceptional and responded within minutes. We couldn’t have asked for a better place.

Family vacay

My family and I had a great stay at this awesome beach property! The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. We were able to cook breakfast and dinner with all the appliances needed. It is about a 3 min walk to the beach, which is perfect. Mike was very understanding about an issue I addressed before the stay. The mosquitos were bad bown by the car port, so don't forget to bring bug spray! Can't wait to come back and stay again!

Loved this property!

We've been coming to Surfside once or a twice a year for 9 years now. There was a bad tropical storm the week before this visit so underneath the house was pretty thick mud and debri but thankfully we were able to park on the road as we only had 2 vehicles. The house was beautiful and perfect for the 4 of us that stayed, and my granddaughter stayed over two nights. Location was amazing! To the left Sharkie's for pool, cocktails and live music and to the right the pedestrian beach for night fires. I would definitely book this house again!

Great beach house

We had a great time at this cute beach house. It was exactly what we were looking for. It only took about 3 minutes to walk to the beach. It felt safe, had everything we needed, and was clean. Our host was exceptional! I had several questions before and during our trip and he always responded timely. We ended up leaving a day early (due to the hurricane) and he graciously refunded us for the last night without hesitation. We hope to visit again next summer!

Family perfect!

A lot of room for an extended stay. 2 bedrooms have small walk-in closets, 2 full baths, walk-in pantry, washer/dryer. Kitchen was stocked with all the necessary items and extras. Plenty of towels, clean linens. Table for 8 plus 4 highchairs for high bar. Did not have to cross the street to get to the beach✔️, very clean✔️ Convenient stores with all the necessities not too far just in case you forgot something. This is definitely one of our favorite locations. Keeper for future family trips. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay very much.

What a place! Before we checked in, the area experienced a tropical storm that left a lot of the surrounding areas under water. I messaged the owner and he assured me the area was drying out and that they would spray for mosquitoes. So, my family of 4 traveled with my 70 year old parents, and we couldn'tbe happier. My parents climbed the stairs without seious issue, although their knees only allowed this task 2xs a day haha. My 6 and 10 year olds LOVED the bunk beds and being able to easily walk to the beach. I appreciated that the owner allowed pets. We brought our 10 lb chiwini and because the deck has a latchable fence, the dog was in heaven. We're a cooking family so EVERYTHING we needed was provided, there were even seasonings! Just note, you will hear the live music from the bar and grill a block away, but I slept through it without a problem. We'd definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed staying here with our family. Our grandkids thoroughly loved the bunk room and we enjoyed being so close to the beach. And it was a quiet part of the beach which was great!

Great get away

We stayed Thursday to Sunday. The location is great. Everything was clean and the decor was charming. Wonderful arrangement for 3 generations to enjoy quality time together. We have no complaints!

It was a great experience, the only thing that was troubling was the swarms of mosquitoes as we got in and out of our car.. if we tried to enjoy the porch we were getting bit, and Also whenever we rinsed off at the outside shower they swarmed us. My husband has over 50 bites. Other than that aspect, the home, stay, and beach location was awesome!!

Location is key

2 minute walk if that to the beach, so convenient to shuffle all of your stuff and kids to the beach and no messy car to clean afterwards. Such a stress free location. We really enjoyed ourselves and the house was perfect.

Weekend Trip

This property was well maintained and exactly as advertised. Easily walking distance to beach and convenient location for stores and restaurants. Only down fall is the area of the beach is one of the busiest locations in Surfside. Would definitely recommend and plan to book again in the future.

We've stayed at this property twice now, and we are never disappointed! The host, Matt, is always responsive and accommodating if/when we need him. The property is clean, well maintained, and located in the perfect spot. I love that it's on an end road facing the big island and an open field with plenty of beach in sight (especially from the crows nest.) It makes it feel more secluded and peaceful than the other houses we've stayed in on the busy streets.Turn left out of the driveway and you can walk to the convenience stores or restaurants because they're only one street away. Turn right and you're steps from the sand and waves.10/10 will stay here every single time. I found our goldilocks house and we will likely plan our trips around it's availability and not the other way around.
