"I almost missed the shuttle ban because it said in front "oliday inn express" which I assumed to belong to "Holiday inn" but not "Comfort Inn. Comfort Inn was written on the SIDE of the shuttle, which I fortunately noticed in time. I recommend that if you renovate the used shuttle bus you double check the result. Then I am happy to report that I did not miss my international flight, which I could have done, because I did not receive the wake-up call that I requested. I woke up on my own. I asked for an explanation, and was told that "our whole system is down," with no apology. Also we who left early to catch the flight had no "complementaly breakfast." when we pushed, we were provided with some cold cereal (but no milk), very sweet banana bread and other sorry items. I was scolded when I tried to pick up one of the bananas which was, I assumed, were for breakfast, I was scolded by the front desk stuff (that was when I found out they would give us some food on the request.) I do not have any complaint about the cleanliness and equipmentsof the room (like, all the lights worked!) but the service was unsatisfactly. "

"良点：最寄りはメトロ７号線ロングアイランドシティ駅。グランドセントラル、タイムズスクエアへ繋がって便利。部屋は綺麗で元工場だったためか、窓が高く明るいこと。スタッフは親切です。 難点：ホテル近傍にレストランやスーパー等はなく、買い物は線路を挟んだ反対側へ徒歩１０分程度かかる。着物をする人はE線のクイーンズプラザ駅を利用した方がよい。また周辺路上にはゴミ、ホームレスと思しき人が多いのが気になる。線路側なので、夜間の列車の音が気になる人は部屋を選んだ方が良いと思います。"

"エアコンの調子が悪く、何度も修理してもらいました。また部屋が古いせいか異臭もしました。臭い、暑い部屋に滞在するのは辛かったです。しかしメンテナンススタッフは非常に親身でした。またシャトルバスのスタッフも非常に良い人でした。"
