Hill Country Wine Experience

The directions and check in was super easy with our preferred contact through texting. When we checked in to the property, we noticed right away it had not been cleaned. Our contact with the management company got back to us right away and gave us several options. We opted to move to a clean property just down the street at he Anchorage House. It was a beautiful home just down the street, super convenient to downtown with full amenities in the kitchen. The bed in the master bedroom was so comfortable. It has plenty of parking and a nice outdoor space with a patio table. Great jumping off spot to all the wineries in the area, Pacific War Museum and all Fredericksburg has to offer.

Significant Birthday and Retirement Celebration Bash!

The house was amazing! We were within walking distance of Main Street, the Pacific War Museum and several new restaurants that had opened since our last time in Fredericksburg. The house was very nicely decorated, had all modern appliances, was very well stocked and very clean. The beds and furniture were very comfortable. Your online photos don't do this location justice! Thank you for your hospitality. We hope to stay here again!

Fun in Fredericksburg!!!

The location was perfect. Just a little over a block from Main Street. Close to the Velvet and Brookes Bubble Bar. You can walk to everything and no need to park or drive while in town. Loved that it has 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. Great for couples that need their own space. We enjoyed the outdoor space as well. Lights were a nice touch outside so we could enjoy that space well into the night. Check in and check out were easy. No crazy requests for anything out of the ordinary. Loved staying here and would do it again....SOON!

Older home, very thin exterior walls and more road noise than we preferred. No tissues or toilet paper when we checked in. Bed Pillows need upgrading. No garbage disposal in the sink. Kitchen adequate for simple preparation.

Cozy beautiful charming get-a-way

This house was so charming and comfortable. Both bathrooms were a nice size to be an older home. Beds were comfy!! Close to downtown. Lots of extras in the house… Well decorated! Outside grounds nice!!

Rainy day - stay at this property. It's super cozy!

This property was perfect for us. We had some work to do, and stayed in when it rained - every chair, bed and sofa is comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped, so we could eat in as well. Once the sun came out, we had just one block to walk to get to the stores. Our stay was totally enjoyable, and we will gladly return. We visited Cross Mountain, the LadyBird Johnson municipal park for a nice walk along the river. Further afield, we visited Signor winery for a tasting, and the LBJ ranch.

Cute, clean property, fantastic location!

The house is really cute, nicely decorated and furnished. The size was great for two couples and we were able to walk to the restaurants and tasting rooms on Main Street. There’s a great propane fire pit out back which is awesome to sit around and chat while sipping on one of your local purchases and not smell like smoke afterwards. Would absolutely love to stay here again.

Such a cute place! Would definitely stay there again if I need a 2-bedroom. Great location, provides lots of towels, sheets, pillows, coffee - just felt like home. Didn’t want to leave. Only negative is the guest room wood floors creak a lot but that’s to be expected in an old Fbg house with original wood floors.
