Weekend Getaway

Fantastic house combining its rich history with modern touches. The house is located within a short travel distance of anything you might want to see in Fredericksburg. We would definitley stay here again

This is a quiet neighborhood. It’s walkable to Main Street in about 15-20 minutes if you enjoy walking. The hot tub is well maintained and worked great. The AC wouldn’t adjust in our first night and they came out quickly to remedy the issue. The bed was so comfortable that I’m looking for a mattress topper and the linens for the bathroom were plush. I’d recommend bringing your own toiletries but otherwise everything is there that you could need. We loved having the games as well.

Perfect Hideaway

Cute little house with everything you need and your own very clean hot tub. We loved our stay here. Only one thing needed, a new mattress. I will definitely look for this place again when we come back.

So Relaxing!

We loved the property. The house was adorable. Perfect amount of space for my husband and I. Really enjoyed the hot tub. Super close to downtown and just around the corner from a spa. Would definitely stay again!

Anniversary weekend

We had a great time and this cozy property was perfect for my husband and I to celebrate our anniversary. Only very minor issue was the lock on the door was difficult to lock and unlock but would not keep me from staying here again as everything else about the property was wonderful!

Wash House - will refresh you when you are tired

We booked the Wash House while visiting friends in the area. I cannot say enough about our hosts (Dwight & Stephanie) and our visit to the Wash House. There are a lot of places to stay but this quaint and beautiful property was relaxing… if you need more room they have a two bedroom/two bath Craftsman in front. Thank you both so much! I came home refreshed and washed all the worries of work away this weekend!
