With more than 2 million visitors each year, weekends can be especially busy and energetic. Please keep in mind that the surrounding bars and restaurants often feature live music, so some noise should be expected.

• The Nimitz Loft and entire property are strictly non-smoking.
• Due to the historic nature of the building, smoking and vaping are prohibited anywhere on the property, including all indoor and outdoor areas.
• There is no in-unit thermostat, but the space is temperature controlled. Airflow can be adjusted using the vent located by the TV.
• Please note the bathroom does not have a shower, but it does have a bathtub.
