Guests will have access to the main house, the cottage and casita. Plus Resort Style Backyard which includes the pool, hot tub and open area. Parking available for up to 6 vehicles.

Ideal base for exploring Texas Hill Country, including wineries, lavender fields, orchards, and scenic drives.

- Events, parties, pets, and smoking are not permitted

- Quarterly pest control with occasional hill country wildlife

- Please note that the swimming pool and hot tub are serviced every Thursday. Don't be alarmed if you see the pool company near the pool during your stay.



- Children/Infants & House Rules / Liability Notice:

This property is suitable for children and infants; however, it is not child-proofed, and we do not provide child-related equipment such as pack-n-plays, bassinets, or similar items. Children under 12 years old are not permitted to use the hot tub. Infants are also not allowed in the hot tub at any time. By booking and using the Property, you agree to assume all risks associated with your stay and release Rosewood on Main and its affiliated parties (including owners, employees, heirs, successors, and assigns) from any and all liability for injury, damage, or loss of any kind, regardless of cause. Use of the pool and hot tub is at your own risk. There is no lifeguard on duty. Risks include, but are not limited to, slips, trips, falls, equipment malfunction, drowning, unsafe behavior, and unsupervised children. Diving is strictly prohibited. Jumping, horseplay, and leaning over railings are strictly prohibited. You are responsible for all members of your group and agree to hold harmless Rosewood on Main and its affiliated parties from any claims or damages arising during your stay.
