    HOST - No host on property. There are 3 other suites on the property that may be occupied during your stay.
    SLEEPS - Sleeps 2 in a King Bed
    BATH - Large walk-in shower
    COFFEEBAR - Coffeebar with a refrigerator, Keurig coffeemaker, and microwave
    BREAKFAST - No breakfast but coffee and teas are provided
    AMENITIES - 65" Smart TV*, WiFi, gas fireplace in suite, private courtyard with a hot tub, fireplace, & outdoor seating, common/shared onsite gym with elliptical, treadmill, recumbent bike, weight machine and free weights, walking distance to shops, restaurants, tasting rooms, art galleries & museums

    *Streaming services are available, but guests must log in using their own accounts.

Room was clean. The bathroom towel holders could use some help as all of them were coming out of the wall. Since the room shares a wall with one of the other rooms. The other guest were very noisy.

Very quiet and clean!

We really enjoyed our stay. The villa is in a great location and it was very comfortable. The check-in instructions were very clear and we had no issues.

Convenient and Attractive

Great place for a couples. Right off of Main Street… cozy room with fireplace, comfortable bed, great shower. Patio is great for a glass of wine while relaxing in the hot tub. Would recommend and will be back.

Yearly Getaway

Cutest little suite ever located one block off of main street. Centrally located near shopping and dining areas.Weather was perfect to enjoy coffee and a book on the patio. Did not get a chance to use the hot tub, but it was clean and ready for use. Will definitely book again.

Amazing hideaway

The location is situated very close to all of the shops in Fredericksburg and is a very easy walk. The actual rental was even better in person than the pictures. My girlfriend and I loved our stay there and can’t wait to go back again. The outdoor fireplace and sitting area are very cozy and with the privacy fence you feel like you are worlds away from the rest of Fredricksburg
