Enjoy the charm of Fredericksburg in this beautifully updated 2-bedroom, 2-bath cottage tucked in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from shopping, dining, and wine tastings.

The spacious king suite ensures restful nights, while the second bedroom offers a full size (can add addtl twin upon reqeust), perfect for kids or extra guests. A sleeper sofa in the living room provides even more flexibility.

We had a fantastic stay here in Fredericksburg! The house was perfect for our weekend getaway - clean and cozy interior, hot tub, fire pit, and all the amenities you need! Christmas in Fredricksburg

We stayed overnight to enjoy the shops and wineries. This house was perfect for us- very cozy with all the amenities and ambiance we could have hoped for, in addition to the location.

Adorable cottage

We enjoyed our stay very much! The beds were comfy and the AC was nice and cold. We spent the evening in the hot tub and fire pit was a huge plus. Location is very close to dining and attractions.

Great Getaway

We loved the house and location! Great place to bring your four legged family member with fenced backyard. The hot tub was great and so was the fire pit! You can sit on the porch swing in the front and watch the deer eating in the lot across the street! Will definitely stay again!

It is a very cute house! The bathrooms appear to be updated with beautiful tile and fixtures. The rooms are spacious, and the beds are comfortable. It has so much charm with wood floors, trim and beams. It was a great location to Main St. The owner was very responsive with any questions we had. Great stay!!
