This Lovely fully updated home in the heart of Fredericksburg filled with charm, character, and majestic simplicity. The large expansive porches are inviting and encourage travelers to enjoy a tranquil evening with wine and a beautiful sunset.

The 2nd master suite includes a king bed- pool table - darts - small kitchen- extra bath and is perfect for entertaining large groups.

One block from main street; you are a few minutes walk from great food, coffee shops, the town square that boasts several weekend events.

Arriving early? Staying late to make the most of your trip? Ask in advance for approval. Our goal is to serve you and ensure you enjoy your stay. Happy to provide recommendations to the town's best bars, food, and wineries.

Perfect Bachelorette Home

The house was perfect for our group of 17. Plenty of room, easy access to Main Street, and equipped with what we needed. Owner was great to work with also! Will certainly stay again!

Perfect Location and Lots of Space

My family and I enjoyed the home. It’s impossible to be bored with the close proximity to Main St, plus all the games, pool table and fire pit at the house! The home was clean, the neighborhood is quiet, neighbors were friendly. Ample street parking. We had a great time!

Perfect Location

This house featured an appealing front porch and an excellent firepit with plenty of seating. We were fortunate to find leftover wood from prior guests. It was well-equipped and provided a high level of comfort. The location was ideal, with a quick Uber ride or drive available for any necessities. Weather permitting, a pleasant walk was also an option. Although the guest house was somewhat chilly, the space heaters effectively warmed the area.

Girlfriend getaway

The pictures were accurate however general maintenance has been deferred. The property is for sale therefore I suspect not a priority for the owner. The main house door code didn’t work and that was a bit of a back and forth effort-really not the fault of the property owner. He promptly responded with an alternative code that worked. The thermostats were Nest system which is great-unless you’re not familiar. That took some unexpected effort. We were referred to YouTube. That was astonishing. He did check back hours later to see if we figured it out. The cleanliness was good, just basic supplies, like toilet paper, were lacking. The fifth person in our group had the worst accommodation. Because no virtual tour was available we did not know it was at the attic slope and access was through another bedroom. It was fine, just unexpected.

Awesome property

Property was just as pictured. Very nice. Requested for earlier check in and was granted but we were running behind so got to the home at about 4. Raymond is your guy very nice. He is not the owner but the person that check on the property. We had 10 guess and everyone had their own bed. And they enjoyed to property also. I would recommend this property if you have a large group.

Great Weekend Stay

House was perfect for our group! We've already booked it for our next trip. Contact with host was good and timely. Everything was found as described in listing. Close enough to walk to Markt Platz and far enough away from the busy Main Street.

Nice home needs customer conveniences

The home is very nice and great neighborhood. We were disappointed the Keurig didn’t work, many lamps broke, little light at night, no hooks for towels, no closets, toaster broken. A little TLC would go a long way for customer satisfaction. Thank you.

Beautiful house

Perfect place for a girl trip. There were 6 of us so we each had our own room but there are plenty of beds if you have a big group and don’t mind sharing rooms. The house is a couple blocks off Main Street so we could walk downtown. Manager was quick to respond my questions. We had a great time staying here!

Sister’s 60th bday

The place was PERFECT. Had about 12 ladies in their 60s staying there. Most beds were doubles, but there was a couch, a bunch of trundle beds, and a couple of roll away beds if anyone didn’t want to share. Super cute house a couple of blocks off Main. Owners were very helpful and communicative. Def recommend.

Horrible Check in process

Took 30 minutes after our arrival to be let in the house. Suggestion is to provide the access code before the guests arrive. While location is a block from Main Street, you do have to walk a ways to get to the stores, restaurants, etc.

Family Christmas

Great place to stay with lots of beds and bedrooms. Kitchen well stocked. We had trouble with our wifi so the bedroom tv’s and Sonos would not connect. Owner gave a work around for our cell phones. Living area and kitchen is open and good for lots of people and gift giving. Campfire was wonderful as it was cold during our stay. We had an elderly person with us who was able to get around fine with his cane and primary bedroom on ground floor. Host responded quickly to any questions. House was clean. We paid for our extra people so we had plenty of beds for all 11 of us. we had a great Christmas here.

Needs attention, and Owner refuses to hear

I have pictures, that will tell all you need to know. Owner refuses to address, just beats around and jumps around, would have been so much easier to "listen" and settle this issue. Dirty, has roaches, and needs attention. Curb appeal is nice, but open that door to a whole new world. Don't book, any issues will NOT be resolved with owner. What I was requesting was FAIR. jmg

Dirty and broken

Upon arrival realized the property was not clean and several things were broken. Sheets and towels were stained and had animal and human hair on them. Kitchen was bathrooms dirty. Missing lightbulbs, broken small appliances, plugs not working and stained dining table cushions. Mattresses not comfortable and did not have two kings like listing states. Overall unhappy with this property!
