Bird Point Cabin sits right on the edge of town, making this the perfect cabin for a Hill Country Getaway! From the moment you pull into the driveway you'll know you're in for a relaxing vacation. Whether you cozy up by the fireplace or stretch out in the king size bed and enjoy a movie night in, or perhaps cooking a special dinner for two, all the comforts of home can be found once you set foot inside. AND we have'nt even mentioned the incredible hot tub right outside your bedroom on the back deck!!! If relaxation is calling your name, come stay with us at Bird Point Cabin!
Please Note: Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter wildlife (Snakes, Deer, Raccoons, Squirrels, Possum, Birds (including Hawks), ETC). Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while they are outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control services on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests, wildlife, or bugs will not be visible. Beautiful Place

This place was awesome! We enjoyed watching the deer while we were here. This place was close enough to town that when we needed more paper towels or trash bags we could easily go get more. I highly recommend this place.

Perfect Secluded Get-Away

Our first impressions of this property were more than we expected. If you enjoy a quiet, private stay, yet close enough to go into town easily, than this place would be a perfect fit. The layout of the cabin and the location of the hot tub on the back patio makes it private and comfortable. I would absolutely love to come back again.

Beautiful cozy relaxing cabin, beautiful stone & wood accents. The Jacuzzi was great. We purchased a bag of deer corn to feed the deer. Close to all the restaurants & downtown. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing romantic stay

The perfect getaway house for my wife and I. Loved being secluded in the woods with deer around us. The house was gorgeous with a rustic feel that really immerses you. We loved the hot tub in the back with the privacy of the woods. We will definitely be coming back

Our yearly trip to Fredericksburg did not disappoint. We loved the stay at Bird Point and how secluded it was being so quiet. We loved how every morning and evening 15 deer would show up to hang out with us while we fed them. We had to go buy another bag of feed because we were having so much fun. Highly recommend this place if you stay in Fredericksburg.

Perfect private getaway

We lived this cabin tucked into the Texas Hill Country. When we arrived deer were scattered all around grazing in the afternoon sun. The cabin had everything we needed to have a quiet anniversary getaway!!! We enjoyed the hot tub one evening which was super private on the back porch!!! We will recommend to friends and would love to come back ourselves!!!!!

Tranquility close to town

We've been to Fredericksburg many times over the years. This cabin is at the top of the list of places we've stayed in while visiting the Hillcountry. The setting was tranquil and so quiet while being close to town. Our favorite part of our stay was being up close to the many deer that visited us while we enjoyed the back porch. Thank you for sharing your cabin with us. We plan to stay here again soon.

A perfect stay at Bird Point Cabin

Our stay with Absolute Charm and the Bird Point Cabin was amazing! The weather was perfect—not too hot, not too cold. In the mornings and afternoons, the deer would come by to say hi. Be sure to have your camera ready and some food for them, and they'll come back every day. Every detail of our stay was perfect, and I wouldn't change a thing. We had such a wonderful time and can't wait to come back!!!

2024 Eclipse Visit

It could not have been better. My wife and I spent a wonderful weekend in Fredericksburg for the 2024 Eclipse. We stayed at the Bird Point Cabin. The location is close enough to town not to feel far, but far enough to feel secluded and private. We really enjoyed our daily wildlife visitors, and I believe the deer really enjoyed the feed we provided. The house was very comfortable and we found everything we needed.

Birthday week

This was our second trip, and the cabin is always beautiful. It was a little getaway from my wife's birthday, she loves feeding the deer. We were lucky to see a young buck, six point, no surprised that it still had both antlers on, however, on the second day, it lost half of its rack. It's perfect for a couple. Close to Fredericksburg downtown but secluded at the same time the only thing I would change, is upgrade the dishwasher. We plan on revisiting once a year.

Windows dirty. Cobwebs also. Needs some small minor repairs (cabinet door, tile in shower etc) and cleaning and would be perfect. Great location. Lots of deer. Private setting. Reasonable price. Shower tub a little hard to get in and out of.A walk in shower would be better. Driveway could be better. Would definately come back again.

Wow the Deer

The house was amazing it was quiet and clean. I thought I loss something in the couch and under the cushion it could be cleaner. I only looked under cushion for my computer mouse. The deer coming one after another after another. Just bring 100lbs of corn 🌽 and you will have all the visitors you ever wanted.

We loved our stay!

We loved our stay at Bird Point Cabin. It is a beautiful place and very private. The deer were a really added pleasure to watch. However, we felt like the cabin could have been cleaner. It is in need of a deep clean. The blinds were really dusty, the lights over the bathroom sink were dusty and had cobwebs hanging from them. The floor in the bathroom really needed cleaning in some area. The ceiling fan in the bedroom was very dusty. The kitchen appliances needed wiping down. The bed would creak loudly every time you rolled over or moved. The driveway going in was very rough. This is such a beautiful place it is a shame to not keep it clean.

Absolutely the best stay anywhere we have been

We will be booking this cabin as long and as often as we can!! Was the best stay by far, we have ever had, need kore of these little cabins in the woods! Peace and tranquility while we were there with the surroundings of nature, had breakfast on the back porch with the deer(bought a bad of deer corn and threw it out each morning and evenings when we returned from wine tours and walking around town seeing the sights! 10/10! Great owners and their winery is exquisite!
