Perfect Fredericksburg Getaway

My kids and I had a wonderful time. The property was adorable and very clean. The only downside was that we didn't have a full kitchen, so we couldn't cook. Otherwise, it was pretty perfect.

Clean and exactly as described! Perfect for our stay!

We had a great stay- no complaints at all! Clean, cute little place. House was on a quiet street- reasonably walkable to the Main Street shops and restaurants for adults but with small kiddos we drove to park closer to Main Street and all the Christmas activities since we were sans stroller. The bed is comfortable and I always appreciate that in a VRBO! We would book this place again.

Porch

Wish they would put decent chairs on the porch. What is out there is about to fall through. We like sitting outside and enjoying the morning with coffee or evening with wine. It was very uncomfortable

Girls Getaway

My mom, sister, our two little dogs, and me loved this place! It was so great for an overnight trip and had the perfect fenced in yard for the pups to run around. Good location, lots of character. We had a blast!

Great Location

Location was great! Cute cozy space. Looking at prior reviews, the shears on the window and the light coming in didn’t bother me. The used sponge left to clean the dishes bothered me greatly. They sell individually wrapped sponges, which is what should be provided. It would’ve been nice to have at least two Keurig coffee cups provided, as a starter package. There were none. I was expecting to go buy my own for my three night stay, but arriving as late as we did, it would’ve been nice to have at least two for the first morning. The bathroom amenities were a great touch; thank you! The bath towels and the hand towels were nice and plush. The face towels were not. They were paper thin and very rough. The studio was very clean with the exception of the cobwebs in the rafters that you can only see when you lay on the bed. My husband likes a firm mattress and pillows, but I on the other hand, like soft bedding. The bedding was hard and the pillows were firm. You can’t please everyone; I understand that. For anyone reading this that is curious and would like soft pillows, I suggest you bring your own. Overall, I thought it was a charming little place in a great location, and I would stay here again.

Great cabin

Really enjoyed ourselves. The check in/out is super easy. The place is as described and nice and quiet. The bathtub does run out of hot water so use sparingly, outside of that everything was perfect.

Great little cabin near everything!

My husband and I stayed here for one night while traveling through the area. This is a cute place to stay for a couple!! After driving all day I enjoyed a nice bath in the huge tub!! Location was great and it had everything we needed for a short stay!

Perfect for romantic couple’s getaway

Thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night. stay at Durst Haus Studio. The location is great and we were happy to have our 2 dogs stay with us. Would definitely come back and stay again!
