"Restaraunt was closed when we checked in. Breakfast was ok but overpriced. "

"We stayed in the East Tower. Room was very dated and very beat up. Marks in walls, furniture and doors. No fan in the bathroom and no ability to change the room temperature. The suite rooms are not large and the pull out couch was so noisy we pulled it off the couch and placed it on the floor. Only one elevator was working during our stay and waits to go up and down were extremely (10-20mins) long. The hotel was obviously very top notch when it originally opened but it's well passed the time for upgrades; especially with the nightly rate. Pros were the pool and free/cheap parking. Fridge and Kettle in the room. Also great access to the Richmond Night Market and Skytrain."

"This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The sheets were like plastic, I couldn’t sleep because it just kept making paper or plastic sounds every time I moved. The room smelled awful, there was no water, you couldn’t even provide a bottle of water for guest to drink? The room was noisy, the lobby was dark. I couldn’t wait to get out of there."

"Close to airport with a complimentary shuttle. Room was adequate. Complimentary breakfast had no protein except yogurt - heavy on the carbs."

"Shortly after arriving the power went out (8:00pm).We were told something down the street caused the power outage. We chose this hotel because of the pool and with the power outage we were not allowed to use it. We had no lights in the room or the bathroom ( the hallways did have lights ). Unable to charge our phones they ended up dying. We had to be up early so knowing we didn’t have an alarm to wake us up we didn’t sleep much at all. Unable to shower because there was no hot water and then told at checkout that there was nothing they could do because I book through Expedia (third party) This experience ruined our Sunday adventures and had to retreat home. I understand that these things happen and are out of the control of the hotel but dealing with upset customers is within your control!! Our experience was not what was advertised and not what i paid for! I will be fighting these charges!"
