Just outside your door is the free ski resort shuttle that brings you directly to the Winter Park Ski Resort base, and steps away from downtown Winter Park, the Fraser River, numerous hiking, biking, cross-country ski, and snowshoe trails. Explore the shops, catch a movie, sip coffee, enjoy a craft beer or cocktail, or eat a gourmet meal in downtown Winter Park or Fraser, after a fun-filled day of adventure.

The open concept living room features plenty of gathering space with a large sectional, soaring ceilings, flooded natural light, Smart TV, and a hygge gas fireplace. An impressive full wall sliding glass door seamlessly connects the indoor space to the outdoor patio, bringing the outdoors in and allowing for beautiful views and fresh mountain air. Step outside to your private patio retreat, where you can relax and stargaze on the fenced in patio with gas grill, seating for 4, umbrella and solar lights. The well-equipped gourmet kitchen features a large counter height dining (or family fun) table with seating for 8, high end appliances, designer finishes, and is kept stocked with spices, oils, coffee, sugar, and creamer.

Camp Mountain Flower features two generously sized bedrooms --one on the main floor (King) and one upstairs (Queen), showcasing large windows, Smart TVs, and ample closet space. Each bedroom is complemented by an adjacent bathroom. Both bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, and hair dryers. The second floor includes a large loft space with a Queen bed, desk, pack and play, and kids “camp” area with an arcade game. There are various board games and puzzles, a Colorado book collection, yoga mats, pool/beach towels, sled, and 4 camp chairs that you are welcome to use and enjoy! The laundry area on the main floor includes a stackable washer and dryer. There is also complimentary WIFI and a keyless entry.

A detached-oversized garage, provides ample space for outdoor gear and a vehicle, and a parking pad allows for an additional vehicle.
