You will love the Panoramic Views of the Byers Peak Wilderness, the Winter Park ski area, and the entire Fraser River Valley from this lovely duplex home. You'll be able to enjoy those great views from 2 of the bedrooms as well as the kitchen, living, and dining rooms. The living room is nicely furnished, and features vaulted ceilings, two story river rock fireplace, and HDTV. The home has plenty of space, a nicely updated and fully equipped kitchen, full private bathrooms for each bedroom as well as a powder room off the main living area! The kitchen features Granite counters, beautiful cabinets, and newer appliances, as well as an island with breakfast bar seating. The vaulted ceilings in the living and dining room areas give the home a nice spacious feel that is carried throughout the whole home. The master bedroom is quite large, while the other two bedrooms are nicely sized with covered deck access and those amazing views. There are actually two decks with southern exposure facing the valley and mountains. A nice large heated garage plus outdoor off street parking make parking a non-issue. For those ski season guests who don't plan to have a car, you won't need one. This home is located in a quiet cul de sac, but also right on The Lift shuttle route, which means you'll have access to free local transportation! My husband and I met our 2 grown children in Winter Park to spend the Christmas holidays in this rental home. It was a great place! We played games, cooked a few meals, opened presents by the fire, and had a wonderful time. The house was comfortable, spacious, and had everything we needed for our stay. Our dogs enjoyed it too! We would definitely stay here again.
Beautiful property. Views are amazing. Very clean. Close to Winter Park and other area attractions. We loved our stay.

We stayed here for a long weekend and absolutely loved the place. It's very spacious with a beautiful view of the mountains. Perfect for what we were looking for.
The home was beautiful, very clean and well stocked. Amazing views and great location. The hosts were gracious and even left us a Christmas card and gift.
We had a wonderful stay at this property. Plenty of space and perfect location for us. Great communication with the owner. Would definitely stay here again!
We stayed here for a week to go biking and visit Rocky Mountain NP. The house was perfect for us. It had everything we needed and was in a good location.
We had a wonderful time staying here during our annual summer trip with friends. Gorgeous view of the mountains from the deck and the windows on the main level. Well equipped kitchen (you never know with rentals!) Check in was easy. I would stay here again.
This was our family's second stay here during our annual summer vacation in the Fraser/Winter Park area. It is our favorite place to stay and we will definitely be back! The view is unbeatable. The home is comfortable, clean, had everything we needed- it felt like home!
Nice condo with lots of room to gather. It was chilly so the fireplace was nice.
Most supplies were amble but we could have used more that the few towels that were provided.
Property was great location for what we wanted. Owners were great to work with and were very accommodating. Property was in great shape and presented well. They even hit the little details well such as having tissue boxes, bar of soap and adequate toilet paper in all bathrooms. This is more rare than you might realize when staying at a vrbo. We hope to stay there again if given the privilege.
Great property with beautiful view of the valley from an oversized upper deck. Nice sized 'tri-level' home with large Master Bedroom up and 2 large bedrooms downstairs, each with attached bathroom. Kitchen well stocked with everyday needs and Beds surprisingly comfortable. Only wish hosts provided a patio umbrella since deck faces West and it can get too hot and bright to enjoy relaxing on the deck in the afternoon with some cover.

Unit was well stocked and clean. View from the deck was spectacular. Furniture was dated; appliances were okay. Bathrooms were also dated and shower areas had scum deposits. Unit had no ceiling fans and only 1 small, plastic portable fan. With outside temps in the mid 80s the unit never cooled off until early in the morning. We left a day early because of the heat
What a beautiful, modern, and comfortable home!
This is a built B&B rental with the expected modern accommodations. All rooms are en-suite with their own thermostat. The bathrooms have tile warmer and the den one also has a shower. The washer/dryer worked well.
The kitchen is modern and the utensils well stocked. Expect the pans to be share-used so if you prefer your own like me, bring it. Restaurants are good, and there was a decent meat market and a Safeway nearby for my culinary extravagance. Colorado beef is yummy. The BBQ uses coal.
The TV uses Amazon Firestick (not my fav: they push sales). Speedtest is 81down/23up mbps so network was adequate to stream my Longhorns CFP game (alas!).
There is a board games drawer in the den armoire.
The only ding we ran into is that the address # is the block of condos, and the unit # is the actual domicile. A kind neighbor explained that finally.
Winter Park is 10 minutes away and Hot Sulfur Springs is 30 minutes the other way. Btw, I loved the recycle drop site; wish all communities have that.
We lacked nothing there and certainly you'd find things that could bother you (mine was the abundant pet yellow snow in the neighborhood). Just chill.

We enjoyed everything about this home. Graciously appointed kitchen with all the things you might need. Comfy beds with separate bathrooms for each. And the VIEWS!!! Convenient to groceries and trails. Lovely home that we would visit again.
House has a great layout with each bedroom having a bathroom. Great location with amazing views of the mountains. Kitchen is stocked with everything you would need. Fireplace wasn't working while we were there, but otherwise everything was perfect. Would definitely stay again.

This home was absolutely amazing and the views are breathtaking. I had never been to this quaint little town in CO but this home and the town made me fall in love. We had a wonderful stay and the location was perfect for our family. We went back country snow shoeing and skiing at Winter Park. The free shuttle service to WP was very convenient. Our family of 4 enjoyed a quick trip to the mountains and the condo fit our needs perfectly. Highlights: exceptionally stocked kitchen (all the appliances you could need + cooking staples like spices, cooking oil, etc); pet friendly; great culdesac location, beautiful views, close to downtown Fraser and WP, tons of closet/drawer space, 4 full baths. The kids loved having their own en suite bathrooms!
Not a lot of “cons” … only one living area and one TV. If we had a larger group it might be nice to have an additional living/lounging space.
