Beautiful Spacious Condo.

  • Beautiful Mountain Condo! Open floor plan allows plenty of space. This 2 bedroom/2 bathroom 1100 sq ft condo sleeps 6 very comfortably. Master bedroom/bathroom hosts a king size bed and jet tub. Secondary bedroom has a queen bunk on the bottom with a double on top. Washer/Dryer in unit. Kitchen is fully operational with all the modern conveniences. Plenty of great restaurants and a theatre close by. Brand new Recreation Center 1 mile away featuring a workout center, pools and classes. Easy access to WinterPark/MaryJane Ski areas via short drive or can catch the shuttle from Safeway which is in easy walking distance. Frasier tubing hill is .7 miles away. This unit backs up to the community fishing pond and trail which connects Granby to WinterPark. Great unobstructed views! This is a great place no matter what your interest. Whether they be biking/hiking/walking/skiing/tubing/snow shoeing/relaxing/reading.
