Königs-chalet-suite 200m², 2 Etagen, 4 Schlafzimmer, Wohnraum mit Küche, Hot Tube
At the Chiemsee Chalet, the landscape blends seamlessly with the architecture. The result is harmony: a traditional design featuring plenty of wood, natural stone, and glass, which translates the charm of the Chiemgau region into a stylish interior. Spaces that blend coziness with openness and offer plenty of room to relax and cook together in the fully equipped kitchens. These spaces open up to views of the “Bavarian Sea” and the horizon, bridging the gap between the outdoors and indoors. Subtle, high-quality natural materials that inspire dreams / wonderfully versatile: for doing nothing, simply letting go and going with the flow. How liberating it is to take a step back from life and gain a different perspective. In this little kingdom, you and up to 7 guests can stay in a 200m² space spread over two floors. The expansive private balcony—which wraps around the property and offers views of Lake Chiemsee and the breathtaking mountain panorama—along with two spacious terraces, invite you to relax and linger. Inside, the spacious living area features a high-quality kitchen and two modern wood-burning fireplaces, where you can wind down your evenings by the crackling fire with a good bottle of wine. The Royal Chalet Suite features 4 bedrooms. In addition to the master bedroom, there are 2 bedrooms with 140-cm-wide beds and 1 bedroom with a 120-cm-wide bed. The two bathrooms are located on the upper floor; one features a private reclaimed-wood sauna, a bathtub, and a shower, while the second bathroom features a Raindance shower. Relax on the “day bed” in the sun after a long hike, and in the evening, let yourself be enchanted by the view of the breathtaking mountain panorama while enjoying the sunset in your private hot tub. Located between the mountain peaks and the “Bavarian Sea” at an elevation of 800 meters, the Chiemsee Chalet—which opened in June 2019—offers the ideal starting point for activities, cultural experiences, and excursions to nearby cities such as Munich, Salzburg, and Innsbruck.
