When we first arrived we went into front apartment and discovered where was no AC in living area /kitchen and was so hot at 9pm when we arrived we could not sit in there. The property manager, Effie, was responsive and helpful. When we arrived we found there was an issue with the villa that we had booked, which Effie resolved quickly by upgrading us.
