Seems like the small pool in the area it’s being repaired but we did not have expectations of using it. 「Clean room but shower not fully covered. when we shower water is everywhere, on toilet, on the floor, and when we walk the water is everywhere in the room. No HOT WATER at all. We have to shower in cold water. some days i didn't shower at all. staff was good in helping and everything. 」

「Everything was great. We did get the remodeling and construction notification. On our two days stay 02/22-02/24 there was a lot of noise above our room from the construction. If we had the television on it wasn't too bad. Having the washer/dryer was a plus. My kids are asking to go back to this resort for a longer stay so that is a plus. 」

「This property offered great value for a family vacation. However alot of the amminities are hit and miss. Our room had a great jacuuzi tub, great microwave and over all worked well. However our washer machine and dryer didnt work, and the bathroom had issues a few times. If you plan on seeing Puerto Rico and not just staying at a resort this will do nicely for the price and you wont be in the room long enough to care that a few ammenities were missing which was my families experience. 「Clean room, friendly staff, ample parking, public beach w/ ample parking, great local food & bars nearby. Beware the noisy rooster/s that don't just squack in the morning! They're kind of adorable as I'd never seen them before in person, but they can ruin a good afternoon nap 😉 Also there's at least 5 tattoo shops nearby. Toa Baja is about 30 minutes from San Juan, I'd highly recommend a rental car. Using ride share services is an option, but a rental suited my needs better for sight seeing...
