「Everything was clean and nice」

「We were in town for the TAAF track championships. The house was just right for what we needed. Would definitely stay here again.」

「What a great place to stay in College Station. The home was brand new and beautiful. It was clean and stocked well with what you would need for a short stay. The kind hosts were great with communication and sending details. Definitely would stay here again.」

「Not as advertised, and rate was more than 3 times the normal nightly rate because it was graduation week.No amenities, rusted, old fridge, no closet or hanging rack for clothes in lower level, supposed pet area was mud, gate didn't lock/close, grass in the ground., parking area was ant infested, no kitchen amenities such as serving bowls, toilet seats we're loose/broken. Owner needs to do a serious review of this property. And "historic" Bryan, means sketchy area.」

We found everything we needed with a fully stocked kitchen ,,nice fenced backyard for our dogs ,, beds were comfy and bathrooms super clean ,, will be back ! 「We loved staying at this great home. Everything was super smooth, check-in was seamless, host was uber responsive. Home was plug & play - had everything we needed and more. Full kitchen and washer / dryer made a long trip easy. Grill was easy to use and made dinner prep fun. There's a large fenced yard and fire pit (although we didn't use fire pit).Really we don't have any thing to nit-pick on. It was as described and actually better!Lastly, it's very conveniently located to anything...

「This property was set up perfectly. Nice and clean, The kitchen had nice cookware which I appreciated. Not all properties do. Spices in pantry were a plus. TVs in different rooms so everyone could watch what they liked. Beds were comfy. Nice soap and shampoo in baths. Lots of closet space. Bathrooms aplenty and water pressure good. Everyone felt at home. Rooms were spaced well for privacy. Parking was good. Very happy with our stay there.」
