Checkin was easy. The home was great inside and out. The back yard on the river was quiet and relaxing. Location is super convenient to the things we wanted to do. The paved driveway was perfect for our motorcycles and trailer. Highly recommend.

This property is absolutely gorgeous! The house itself was the perfect size and had a welcoming feel to it. The kitchen was fully stacked, kids (and adults) loved the game room with lots of activities. The yard was wonderful for us to play games and relax by the fire. We were able to tube down the river that runs behind the house. It’s closely located to downtown with lots of options for restaurants and plenty of waterfall trails to hike. Our families had a wonderful time making memories and are looking forward to more in the future!

Often when we travel we hustle about and often use the place we've rented as just a place to sleep, but this house made me want to slow down a little. This was a wonderful experience, from the coziness of the house, to the serene surroundings, to the amenities provided, and to the friendliness of the host... my only complaint was that we couldn't stay longer.

Home away from home

This house was so clean, comfortable and fun we never wanted to leave. Jodi was great and so was the setting with the bubbling water sounds all around 🙌, We kept meaning to go out to eat but found ourselves playing pool with the downstairs doors open and cooking hot dogs and s’mores over the fire every night.

Amazing!

We had a great stay here! The place was better than we expected. Everything was clean and we just loved massive deck, firepit, hottub and the stream in the backyard. Nicely decorated & a good location for us. We had fun visiting the waterfalls in the area and did some Gem mining at Cherokee Ruby & Sapphire which was fun for the kids. We will be back!

A wonderful home to spend in the mountains. Lots of attention to detail (providing firewood) and fun amenities (hot tub, arcade, billiards, darts, games, porch bed, etc). My kids loved playing in the river. Jodi was a wonderful host and communicated well.

Wonderful Retreat

This is a great home for a couple or family looking to get away. Beautiful view and access to the river and lots to do inside if the weather isn't great. The house is well stocked and very clean. Shopping and dining are ten minutes away and you can mine or see waterfalls in under 20 minutes. Plenty of fun and adventure for the whole family is just a short drive. The owner is great and easy to communicate with before and during your stay.

Clean river cabin

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was quiet, peaceful, and calming. Our family enjoyed fishing, exploring the river and took advantage of the space in the yard playing backyard football. It was very clean and well maintained. One of the cleanest rentals we’ve ever stayed in. There are so many special touches that makes this cabin feel like home. We would definitely consider staying here again.

As advertised well, decorated, clean and accommodating

This property was very well appointed and very clean. It was a pleasure spending time with my family at this home and there was plenty to explore nearby. This visit was during cold weather. I can’t imagine how nice it would be to be there in the spring or summer. Very accommodating host and hopefully at some point I will return.

Serenity and fun

Thank you for sharing your home. Your communication was great. When I was concerned about the group of men across the river. I was relieved to hear you were aware and they were a church group. There are so many places to sit and enjoy the nature. The kids loved all the games too. Great location!
