コスパ良し。

部屋の設備、ボストンやアウトレットから比較的近いことを考えると、 大変コストパフォーマンスが良いのでオススメ。一部、壁紙がはがれて いたり、部屋のジャグジーが十分に機能しているかなど、多少 気になるところはあった。　プールは大きくないので、水浴び程度と 考えたほうがよい。

Great room!

We were pleasantly surprised at tge cleanliness and comfort of our room. We also had those nice little amenities that hotels no longer give.....pen, note pad, shampoo, etc. Spacious room. I would definitely stay here again!

Overall our stay was great. It was located a short distance from all of the places we wanted to visit and the food options close by were great (The Chateau). The room was awesome and huge. The bed was comfy, however we were located next to the laundry and maintenance rooms so at around 7 am every morning we heard the washer and dryers and it made it difficult to sleep in. The room was clean, the breakfast was higher level for a free hotel breakfast, staff was friendly. We did lose access to our room on the third night because our key cards stopped working but that was resolved quickly. The shower head was like standing under a faint sprinkler, so if you prefer high water pressure showers beware. The stay was good and we would consider staying there again if the prices were still affordable.

BW Franklin was conveniently located to 495 and a family member in the area. We would stay here again it was a pleasant experience.

The hotel was perfect. Very quiet and comfortable. Enjoyed the spacious room and kitchenette. Breakfast was good.

Good location for a concert at Gillette. Nothing near it though for snacks, incidentals. They sell those things at desk. Breakfast was fine. Coffee very good. Had to go to lobby because coffee in room doesn’t have creamers it has Cremora!? 2023! Really!?

The property was convenient to Gillette Stadium, our room very clean except the toilet didn't work well. To be fair, we did not let management know as we were only there for one night. The hotel seemed very full but was not loud. If we were going to another event at Gillette we would stay here again.

The staff members were wonderful!! Everyone from the front desk staff to the staff running the breakfast to (who I think is) the manager were so friendly, helpful and professional!

Room and service was great! Tons of room, clean, comfy. The breakfast was good, but could've used some fresh fruit and bacon. The only issue we had was that the single serve coffee maker in our room only had one size to brew and it was too much for the cups they provided so it overflowed
