「Beautiful cabin in a remote yet convenient location. The view from the back porch/deck was amazing. A very relaxing place to come after a busy day of hiking and sightseeing.」

「Overall our trip was good. Although there were some preventable issues that we faced with the lack of information and hard to reach via phone call with the host. Regardless of how much scam calls they get a day there are travelers from all around the country with different area codes so they shouldn’t ignore calls at all. They need to have a much clear directions and information regarding the location of the cabin.」

「Overall this was an excellent stay. Couple of things would have been nice conveniences, for example, extra blankets, tissues, paper for the fireplace or a fireplace starter. The cabin had a tub, but no shower, which was slightly disappointing. The cabin was clean and comfortable otherwise. We were able to do exactly what we wanted, which was to disconnect for a few days!」

「Everything was as expected. Thank you.」

「This cabin is an absolutely awesome getaway tucked perfectly into the peaceful West Virginia woods. It’s clean, cozy, and beautifully maintained, with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The setting is stunning — quiet mornings, star-filled nights, and nature all around. Whether you’re unwinding on the porch or enjoying the fire pit, it’s the perfect place to reset and recharge. Truly a gem.」

We also like to get away from hustle and bustle when we vacation. Glady Hideaway is perfect for that. Small town Elkins nearby had everything we needed: grocery store, gas station, brewery (Big Timber Brewing $5 draft beer!), and coffee shop (Tip Top). The WiFi worked the whole time we were there which was very helpful when mapping out our hikes. Plenty of...

「The primary issue with this property is the inaccurate description provided. For instance, it’s listed as a six-bedroom cabin, but the two bedrooms on the lower level lack air conditioning (no cooling or heating). Consequently, it wasn’t suitable for us, and one of our kids had to share a bedroom with us. Additionally, the house is older than what’s depicted in the images. Furthermore, it’s mentioned that there are two garages, but they were locked. It is also listed that they have a private...
