A most comfortable hotel. The staff is excellent. There is only one restaurant which isn’t open every day so dining options are limited. The guest services QR code in the room links only to a German language site so that was a bit of a challenge but all other signage is bilingual and so are the staff. Very nice location and views. Outstanding hotel to stay at with great atmosphere.

This was a wonderful and extremely relaxing stay. Service was impeccable especially from Daniel who made sure our every needs were met. Restaurant was also excellent in the evening ! There is no spa or swimming pool at this location but we used the nearby sister hotel which had a great swimming pool and sauna.

I love to stay at beautiful historical places and Villa Rothschild is a very special place. I loved the furniture and decoration of the hotel, my room as well as the view from it. Staff was very kind and helpful and breakfast on the terrace was very tasty. They also had some healthy items which I liked, however no dark German whole meal bread nor salmon. Maybe next time ...

Very nice place but some details are up for refurb…breakfast we had to pay 42 euro per person for a coffee, juice, roll, egg…. That is the highest i have ever paid for so little. Definitely advise not to take the breakfast but walk over to the bakery for a roll and a coffee…

O chateau é bom, porém a qualidade do serviço é muito limitada (inadequado). Esqueceram as nossa reservas de jantar. Menu limitado e não nos avisaram dos dias fechados, já tinha feito a reserva do restaurante, quando da reserva do hotel ????? SPA e Piscina são em outro hotel/local, não está descrito no site e no hotel não tem nem um folder ou informação do SPA.

Location top - Service zum Teil flop

Das Hotel ist nicht auf Alleinreisende eingestellt, sondern auf Veranstaltungen (Hochzeiten usw.). Meine Ankunft war von hektischer Betriebsamkeit für die Vorbereitung einer größeren Veranstaltung am Folgetag geprägt, die Bar war halb ausgeräumt und bot nur eine stark eingeschränkte Auswahl an Getränken an, meinen Nachmittags-Kaffee durfte ich nur mit nachdrücklicher Gegenwehr auf der Terrasse einnehmen, weil dort ein kleinerer Teil der Terrasse durch eine Gesellschaft belegt war. Andererseits war der Service zum Frühstück sehr gut. Alles in allem zu durchwachsen und nicht stringent genug für die Anzahl an Sternen und dem Preisniveau.

Wonderful hotel just outside Frankfurt

Very welcoming staff. Very nice hotel who go the extra mile to be helpful. Very good restaurant. Perfect place to stay 25 minutes outside Frankfurt centre.

Rothschild haven ...could be heaven...ly!

Breakfast was very poor unfortunately! Not like it used to be... also very understaffed... this Kempinski does not seem to have professional but rather have students as temporary jobs so they do their best but it lacks the standard of a five star!

Gepflegtes Hotel in historischer Villa. Netter Service. Das beheizte, hübsche Außenschmwimmbad ist leider 1,5 km entfernt vor einem anderen Hotel, was die Nutzung etwas umständlicher machte. Das Hotelrestaurant bietet sehr gute Küche in nicht ganz stimmigem Ambiente.

Sehr schöne Gründervilla.

Sehr schönes Zimmer zum Park. Nachdem ich meinen Hund angekündigt hatte lag auch schon ein Hundebett nebst Wasserschale unaufgefordert im Zimmer. Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal. Wäre gerne länger geblieben. > next time.

Two Night Business Stay

Great characterful hotel which appears to have a lot of history. The staff were excellent - greeted by name as I climbed out of the taxi, bags carried to the room etc ... very attentive at all times. The food was excellent - did not eat in the main restaurant apart from breakfast. The bar food was extremely good and the breakfast was well presented and far more than you could eat - not served off a hot plate but brought to your table and eggs cooked to order. Rooms were clean and well serviced, my room was fairly simple but had everything you needed. Wifi was good. Recommended.

フランクフルトの郊外にある素敵なホテルに1泊しました。都会の喧騒から離れて、静かな森の中で過ごしたい人にとってとびっきりの場所です。すべてが静かでゆっくりです。以前はロスチャイルド家の別荘だったようです。
