The rooms were clean, and the property had some interesting features like a shared kitchen/outdoor space on the 6th floor and a reading room on the 2nd floor. The surrounding area was quiet and safe. The front desk staff was very helpful and patient

Nice clean room. However towels felt super used and old. No water in the room. No basics like body lotion or even an iron. No telephone either. The restaurant at dinner time was closed for a week private event. Unfortunately no takeaway options at the hotel were available either. Shame as it would’ve been great to have an option to take food upto the room/room service

Very nice concept of hotels

It is a very nice hotel concept! Beautiful architecture. The space in the room is well used. But the floor in and near the bathroom can be cleaner. Also, the terrace cannot be used in the evenings, we were not told about it, there was no information on the wall. So it was a bit awkward when the bar owner asked us to leave.

Unique hotel in Frankfurt. The bar on the 5th floor had an incredible vibe and excellent cocktails. The kitchens on the 4th and 6th floor which can be used by all are well equipped. Love the concept.

OK but lots of room for improvement

Staff was not around when there were 5 guests including me waiting for check in at 8PM. They only left a sign asking guests to call a local phone number if they require assistance. Why does the hotel expect guests to pay mobile roaming charges to request staff just to get checked in? Luckily one of the guests called and was able to get someone help us after 30 minutes of standing. For the room, chairs and sofa were dirty and had stains over them. Otherwise, room is bigger and better than the Moxy Frankfurt East Hotel right beside it. I believe they are updating the hotel at the moment as construction works started around 9PM and woke me up. If I was going to check out late and rest a bit more I would be very annoyed. Breakfast is definitely not worth paying for. There is only random pastries, some vegetables, cereal and filtered coffee in a pot? No hot plates? Come on...

Der Check-In war nicht besonders toll, da man ihn quasi selbst an einem Tablet durchführen musste. Der Mitarbeiter war auch nicht besonders freundlich und durch den Selbst-Check-In eigentlich überfüssig. Die Zimmer sind außergewöhnlich gestaltet. Aber leider nicht gepflegt und etwas heruntergekommen. Der Toilettendeckel hatte einen großen Riss und der Spalt zwischen Deckel und Brille war nicht sauber. Außerdem war eine rote Farbspur an der Wand, die nach Blut aussah. Das Bad war nicht klassisch abgetrennt, sondern das Waschbecken war mitten im Raum platziert. Die Toilette war in einer Art Schrank untergebracht, die Dusche auch separat. Es gab dadurch keine Möglichkeit, nur Licht in diesen Bereichen einzuschalten. Das ist nachts schwierig, wenn man nicht alleine im Zimmer schläft und auf Toilette muss (entweder die Deckenbeleuchtung des Zimmers ist an oder es ist stockdunkel im WC). In der Dusche gab es keine Ablagemöglichkeiten (weder für eigene Artikel oder Hotel-Supply). Uns wurde auch zweimal ein Handseife-Tiegel hingestellt, dafür hatten wir kein Shampoo. Es gibt kein Frühstücksbuffet, sondern einen externen Betreiber, der Sandwiches etc. verkauft. Das Hotelpersonal konnte und nicht mal die ungefähren Preise hierfür nennen.

Grundsätzlich schöne Zimmer, ruhige Lage und ausreichend Parkplätze. Man kann entweder vor der Tür (3€) oder in der Tiefgarage (17€) parken. Die Zimmer etwas eng und waren in den Ecken nicht gründlich sauber und das offene Bad hat uns sehr gestört. Die Toilette ist zwar blickdicht, es gibt aber einen Spalt zwischen Tür und Wand. So ist man einfach keinen Moment ungestört. Der Spiegel im Bad hat genau auf Gesichthöhe einen Vergrößerungsspiegel, sodass man sich gar nicht richtig sehen kann. Alles in allem wirkt das Hotelkonzept nicht gut durchdacht.
