Man merkt, ein altes Hotel wurde renoviert, aber dann doch nicht richtig. Zimmer hätte ich in dem Möbelzustand und Renovierungsstand nicht Ibis Styles zugeordnet. Ansonsten alles sauber und Personal sehr freundlich, praktische Lage.

Overall a fantastic stay at the Ibis. The bedrooms were clean, staff were helpful and breakfast was delightful. Do recommend if you stay at this property to exit the door, turn left and walk towards the water. Will lead you to a lovely spot and a short walk to old town!

I booked a twin bed room, but the room I stayed was a double bed room. The room was small. Only one good thing is a breakfast. There’re a variety of foods and they are delicious.

Cheap and easy, but dirty

Location is very easy from the train station. Breakfast was good. However, the room hadn’t been vacuumed and had dirt on the floor. The beds were not comfortable, and the noise from inside the hotel was quite loud all night.

the hotel was just 2-3 minutes walk from Central Train station, but you have to balance out the cleanliness and privacy vs the convenience. I found the surrounding was a bit messy and dirty

Simple, but clean and comfortable room. Great breakfast buffet! Personnel very helpful and friendly. Very conveniently located to various sights, for instance, the river promenade and the art museum. The closeness to the train station is also very convenient, but has the disadvantage that there are some less trustworthy people around. We had no problems, however.

Prinzipiell war das Hotel sehr sauber. Das Zusatzbett/Klappcouch war allerdings eine Katastrophe die zu Rückenschmerzen geführt hat. Auch das Bad war sehr eng und unpraktisch mit einer Badewanne. Frühstück war dafür umso besser mit einer riesigen Auswahl. Auch das Personal war awhe zuvorkommend und freundlich.

As Ibis...it was just fine...but The elevator was a bit strange that at any floor whoever go up or down, it just stop although its to another way... And shower booth is extremely tiny.... Window is not properly closing...

Low quality

Terrible beds and very uncomfortable pillows old TV with only channels in Germán . No safety box and no Fridge in the room . Cleanness is really poor specially in the bathroom area . Only positive thing about this hotel is the location near to many restaurants, supermarkets, train station and Frankfurt convention center. The price for the room is excessive for the bad condition of the hotel . Never go back .
