「room old and in need of repair Reservation says sleeps 3 but the room only had a King Bed When ask at reception, they told me I was wrong even though I had the reservation details in my phone I asked for a cot which they provided acting like they were doing me a huge favor Not impressed at all Amenities at the hotel reminded me of the COVID era 」

「The property seems to be newly built. Nice & clean. Breakfast was also fulfilling.」

「Very quick and easy check in. Staff was wonderful. The pool and hot tub were well kept as was the gym. The bed were super comfortable and the room came with a fully equipt kitchen, it even had a dishwasher. 」

「サンドバンクスビーチからは少し遠いけど、Heated pool、BBQ等もあり、ファミリーで快適に過ごさせてもらいました。ちょうど、友達家族と隣通しの部屋で、しかもそこから中庭のプールに直結だったため、朝起きればすぐにプールに入れるし、テラスから子供たちも見れるしで、プールが私たちだけで貸し切り状態を味わうことができました。そして、周りに何もないと聞いていたため、すべての食材を持ち込んで、共有で使えるキッチンに保存。朝食はついていましたが、昼食、夕食はそこでつくり、コテージ感覚ですごすことができます。閑散期？で利用者もすくなかったため、快適に過ごせたのかもしれませんが、設備等に不満はありません。ただ、この土地柄か、Ceptic Waterのため、水道水のにおいが気になり、子供たちにはその点のみが不評でした。」
