「I had pre-paid and had a zero dollar receipt at checkout, but my credit card was charged. Later, when I emailed them about the double charge, the charge was reversed, but I never received any response.」

「TO TOの洗浄便座を設置してあり、部屋も非常に清潔でした。今まで宿泊した海外のホテルで最高ランクに評価できます。無料の朝食は、やはりアメリカの味で期待できません。」

「The biggest problem was that the room was very hot and we told the front desk. It got a little cooler but. Oy much and it warmed up again during the night. Also the breakfast was very sparse and not refilled even when people asked The front desk people though were very accommodating and responsive!」

「The rooms are outdated, and the beds are extremely small. We requested two queen beds, but they appear to be full-size beds instead. Additionally, we found blood stains on the sheets and pillows, which was very concerning. The wallpaper was also peeling off the walls, giving the room a poorly maintained appearance. Overall, the condition of the room did not meet our expectations.」

「Expedia has this property listed as 4 stars. In my opinion and based on the condition of my room and the property this is in correct. The previous owners of this property left it in disarray. The pictures you see on the web site is misleading and old. Their marketing of the property is a totally misrepresented. Breakfast was continental. Just a few items to get you started for your day.」

「近くの高速道路の音もうるさいが、廊下の音も、作業員の声も大きい。廊下に面した窓なのでカーテンは開けられないし、締切の窓なので換気もできない。とは言え、毎日の掃除はきちんとできてるし、チップも受け取らない。」
