I felt price is high for the facility, it’s really old and cheap.
And I didn’t feel any hospitality from staff during my stay even when I was checking-in.

Hotel was very outdated. Staff was very polite and kind room was very clean and it’s day. This hotel was absolutely gorgeous now it just needs a lot of updating.

Bad housekeeping. Unsanitary rooms. Rude staff. Limited English spoken. Bad overpriced restaurant . Thin walls. Uniformed staff. One microwave per floor which was at the end of hallway and dirty. Broken ice machines. Dirty towels. No soap. Can go on but why bother. Sheraton should be ashamed of this property. I stayed there five years ago and it was immaculate. Does corporate ever visit this place? Or are they busy… oh and no pools. Indoor and outdoor closed without explanation.

I drove a long way for my granddaughters competition and I can’t even take a hot shower…what a big inconvenience I want my money back!!

I tried to share my concerns with the customer care and was clearly not taken seriously. They wanted to give me 10k points for the experience. The elevators were broken, my suite did not have any bedding for the pull out bed, the parking lot was flooded and the convention center clearly smelled of mold/mildew. There were obvious water leaks. The mold or mildew was so bad that I needed medication for the two nights we were there just to take the edge off my sinuses so I was able to breath easier. The bedding didn’t show up until almost 1am. Out of the four elevators, two worked properly but were on the other side of the hotel. I emailed a complaint to customer care and what I received was an “I’m sorry” and “as a 1 time gesture, I asked that you would be credited 10k points to use at your next stay”. Well, I paid $560, and why would I ever want to book again with them? So the points are useless. I feel as though some reimbursement is in order at this point.
