"Bre , and Princess went above and beyond customer service and accommodation!! It was my wife’s birthday surprise weekend.. Bre decorated the entire room and the door. My wife was so happy thank you so much for taking the time to do this for my wife.. princess was excellent in customer service and handling an issue quick and in an efficient manner. I was very happy with my stay here and will recommend it to anyone I know and will be returning anytime we come up to ATV ride.. very enjoyable weekend and I think everyone involved with their amazing customer service and dedication to their job ! very well done !! "Was the dirtiest hotel I've ever been in. As soon as I got there I noticed the toilet paper dispenser was ripped off the wall and laying on the counter then as im walking around in my socks I notice they were black on the bottom, the freezer door would not shut because it needed defrosted. They should of paid me to stay in that hotel. Id give it a negative start if it would let me. I think hotels.com gives you the worst rooms, that's why they are cheaper."
