「安く泊まれます。調理器具、冷蔵庫や電子レンジはありませんが、毎朝の朝食が出るのと、近くにALDIというスーパーがあり(平日22時まで営業)食事には困りません。ホテルのPubでの飲食も可能で、値段もそこそこでおいしい物が頂けます。部屋によって無料Wifiの入りが悪い様ですが、自分の部屋は問題ありませんでした。なんといっても出張先の仕事場に近く、また治安も良いと思われるため徒歩で通勤できるのがよかったです。(通勤中に子供を連れた母親とすれ違ったり、ランニング集団と、、などが朝、晩あります) Swindon駅までは7番のバスに乗れば2.1ポンド(15分程度)で済みます。またヒースロー空港やLondonに向かう場合には高速バス(Coach)のNationalExpressがよく、Swindon駅近くのバス停か、このホテルから歩いて25分程度の所にSwindon...

「We stayed two nights and love this hotel. The food at the restaurant was really good! イギリスの典型的古いホテルで、そういうのがお好きな方にはぴったりです。部屋のタイプは色々ありそうでしたが狭いツインを選択しました。快適で、テレビもWi-Fiもケトルもありました。バスタブは無かったけどお湯はたっぷり出たし水圧も満足できる強さでした。ホテルのレストランはパブエリアとダイニングエリアに分かれていて、パブは地元のおじさん達で賑やか、その奥では静かにご飯が食べられました。そして味もとても良かったです。ホテルの裏にテムズ川が流れていて散歩しながら白鳥を眺めて、素敵な時間を過ごしました。」

「一階はパブです。結婚式で盛り上がっていましたが部屋の中は静かでした。バスルームは広くて綺麗です。なぜか頭蓋骨の絵が飾ってありました。寝室は必要なものは全て揃っていますが、スーツケースを開けるスペースがありません。ベッドの上か、浴室でどうぞ。エレベーターはないです。駐車場は奥にあって、停めるにはレセプションで行き方を教えてもらってぐるっとまわらばくてはなりません。パブの奥なので歩いて行くのは簡単です。」

「Conveniently located in the center of town, within a 5-minute walk to bus stops and other amenities. Public transportation was not convenient since it was off-season, but there are several restaurants nearby, so you will not have trouble finding a place to eat. The rooms are clean and comfortable, although the rooms are small and there is no elevator. The staff is friendly and helpful, although their personal experience varies. The food in the restaurant is good.」
