「Loved the customer service here, you don't get the friendly people like that anymore. We really enjoyed the staff Ashley, Destiny and Miles were great people. The AC didn't work great and it was really humid in our room, but we never said anything because it was only overnight or we would have moved rooms. Otherwise it was great.」
「The condos we rented at The Hilton, Bent Creek were very clean, comfortable and well stocked and worked well for us. The condos are about 13 miles from Gatlinburg so they aren’t close to most of the attractions so that might be something for others to consider. If I had children with me, I would definitely stay closer to Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg so we would be closer to things. There are also not a lot of restaurants or anything nearby, so keep that in mind when booking here. Theresa’s Diner...
「It was cozy little place... nice and quiet!!! Plenty of woods to explore... a nature trail to walk down! Everything was in good condition and very clean! The communication with the owner was easy and we got responses right away! If you want to have a nice quiet romantic weekend away... this place is perfect!」
