Good location and pet friendly, close to town with a few steep steps but you quickly get used to that. 「The best thing about this apartment is the location - away from the crowds but right in the middle of the town, so no hill to climb. We had an elderly person in our party and chose it for that reason. The conversion is recent so facilities are modern - but not high end. The most has been made of limited space, but there is not much natural light. This is a great holiday base for 4 people in beautiful Fowey, but not a space you would want to spend a lot of time in. Luckily, the weather was good!」

「A comfy settee, it slopes forward and is hard to sit on. Difficult to improve but if you had a noisy group in next door it would be difficult. We heard every word of their conversation whisky we say in our lounge. I get that they are just the other side of the door. Felt a bit intrusive though, although they were not a noisy group of girls at all, which was good.」
