This 43 m² house is located in a residential area, ideal for a relaxing stay. It comprises a living room with a fully fitted and equipped kitchen, a bedroom, a mezzanine, and a shower room with WC. Sleeping arrangements: two single beds (80x200 cm), one double sofa bed (140x200 cm), and a cot. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, induction hob, oven, and Nespresso coffee machine. Enjoy two enclosed gardens, one at the front (east) and one at the rear (west), furnished with garden furniture, sun loungers, and an electric barbecue.

It is 1000 m from the town center and the South Beach, and 100 m from the bus stop. The bus station is 1000 m away, and the Saint-Laurent-de-la-Prée train station is 6 km away. The Rochefort thermal baths are a 15-minute drive away.

PAYABLE upon arrival: 2 security deposits: €500 for the rental, €70 for cleaning, and tourist tax.
OPTIONAL SERVICES to be arranged before arrival:

- Linens: sheets €12 per bed per week, set of 2 bath or beach towels €12 per week, set of 2 bath mats €7 per week, kitchen linens (2 tea towels and 2 hand towels) €7 per week.

The rental is for a stay that begins on the day of arrival from 2:30 pm and ends on the day of departure by 10:00 am at the latest.
