「The key making machine did not work. There oven was broken. The breakfast was very limited, and what was there was not complete (waffles, but no syrup). No eggs or other usual breakfast items. It seemed that the place was understaffed, as there was no one to see to restocking breakfast items. 」

I love the idea that no matter how long I am away, that I know what to expect and am not disappointed. congrats to you and your staff I give a 100 out of 10.
