"Convenient to Publix. Marina not usable at low tide. Room to park boat trailer limited Issues with AC, had to be relocated to a room that was a downgrade Lots of good restaurants in the area Staff doesn't speak when you run into them around the property. Cost is the draw here, less expensive than neighboring hotels. Place is at least 50 years old Nice sitting area underneath one of the buildings. Stays cool. Saw a lot of college kids while there."

"The property was beautiful as soon as we pulled up we were greeted by a woman on a golf cart. She was so happy and helpful. It made us feel comfortable right away, showed us to the front desk and she was also so very friendly. I wish I remembered their names. We got an ocean view. It also overlooked the pool and tiki bar and beach. The rooms were clean. Our balcony had very comfortable seating. We sat outside all night and walked to the property around the marina. I would definitely come back."

"The room wasn’t the most luxurious and needed work. The pool needs a reface as well, but the location and the boat ramp was great and we were able to get across to the sand bar in no time! The staff was helpful, the location is absolutely amazing, the scenery is amazing, and the convenience of launching there was a great perk! Definitely recommend if you want something laid back, a great view, and convenient. Definitely call before booking and let them know about your plans for launching! They’re a little sticky about this!"

"We had a great week at this home. The home is exactly as the listing describes. The setting is private; we hardly saw another person the whole week. The house was well cleaned and cared for. We did have a couple of maintenance issues when we first arrived, and the host attended to them immediately. If you like to fish or to see fish, there were often many surrounding the dock. Good restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The pre-trip and during-trip communication was exceptional."

"The property was neat and exactly what I wanted. I would recommend bringing a few items such as toilet paper and paper towels if staying for an extended period of time as the provided amount will not last. The owner responds very quickly to any questions you may have during your stay. I would stay here again next time I am in town."
