"This place is an awesome combo of outdoor living and having an actual bed! The hosts take amazing care of their space. Having access to their common area barn was great - the kitchen is well stocked with condiments, spices, utensils, dishes, cookware, etc. The dogs LOVED having the space to run and explore. They were seriously in heaven! Mike and Stephany communicated well and clearly. Mike stopped by after we checked in and let us know to call if we needed anything. When I went to build a fire, he came out, and offered to build it for us. That was amazing and gave us time to feed our dogs before coming down to cook brats and s'mores at the fire pit. We will definitely visit again if we head back that way!"

"Peaceful and Private, Pet Friendly Cabin Retreat on McKenzie River, ORWe absolutely loved our stay at this cabin on McKenzie River. The location was wonderfully peaceful and incredibly private, providing the perfect getaway. The house was very comfortable for our party of two, along with our small dog.Every feature of the cabin added to our enjoyment—from the beautiful skylights that let in natural light to the cozy, comfortable seating. The master bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring restful nights, and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals during the stay.The circular driveway on the spacious 2-acre lot made coming and going effortless. One of my favorite highlights was the deck facing the rushing river, where I practiced yoga surrounded by the soothing sounds of nature, which truly enhanced the experience.Each evening, we took peaceful 50-minute walks just off the property. The forest views were breathtaking, and we didn’t see a single car, which added to the sense of tranquility. There are so many choices of trails and lakes along 126 that added to our adventures.Overall, this cabin was a perfect blend of comfort and natural beauty. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Oregon."

"We LOVED the property! It was perfectly located to what we were doing in the area. I could not want for anything more!! Check in process was only 4 stars because we didn’t get a “welcome” letter with lock code. HOWEVER, the communication was excellent and responsive with letting us know the code and check out expectations when I wrote directly. The General Store (walking distance) had EXCELLENT coffee and delicious clean food. Honestly, I would only want for more time to just sit and enjoy…"
