「The hotel was okay. However, the property is a little dated. Also, I didn’t have a sitting chair in the room. Finally, and I have never experienced this before; but there were no cups in the room!」

「Great place for families especially if you are visiting the theme parks. Large pool, arcade, bar, market for coffee and snacks and great nearby dinning.」

「This was one of the worst properties we have stayed at. Upon arrival the receptionist was rude. We got a nonsmoking room and they stated they charged $250 if we smoked in the room, yet as soon as we opened the door, all we could smell was smoke. There were holes in the walls, the stair railing was falling, electrical wiring was showing, the room was extremely dirty, there were bugs, the tv in the bedroom didn’t work, and the bathroom light did not work. 「This was one of the most disgusting hotels that our family has stayed at. Property is dirty with stains on walls and the carpets everywhere you look. There was the smell of cigarette smoke in the hallways. The room floor was dirty and I did not want to walk on it without shoes on. The water from the tap had an odd smell as well. I will never stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone else. We still enjoyed our trip to Williamsburg and didn’t let the hotel experience ruin it for...

「Friendly, helpful staff and comfortable rooms. Breakfast was just ok (very basic, though the waffle stations were good) and the amenities were also ok. I just wish there weren't as many maintenance things with our sink and the coffee and juice dispensers in the dining area. There are decent restaurants and shops nearby. I'd rebook here if going back to Newport News.」
